Basic anatomy of
a productive TV campaign
Television advertisements
offer the ability to combine sight and
sound to deliver a more complete impression for your
product or service.
Television ads reach more prospects each day than any other
advertising medium.
You can target your audience nationally, regionally, or locally. Ads
can be delivered 24 hours a day and provide a relatively
cost effective advertising
medium for the number of impressions delivered.
The TV advertisement comes to the viewer without any effort on their
part. Generally, the public perceives television ads as more
influential, authoritative, exciting, and persuasive.
The TV ad will reach a wide audience
and the production quality should reflect that- do not ‘cut
corners.’ A cheaply produced advertisement will reflect negatively
on your company or product.
Your message should be clear, inviting and
entertaining. Strive to create desire for the product or
service. Entertaining yes, but don’t let the message get lost in the
sight and sound.
Focus should be on making the sale and not showing off special
effects talents. The ad should be compelling and differentiate your
product or service from the competition.
